To maintain account security:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with additional security measures we may require, including multi-factor authentication

Regarding service delivery timelines:

• Timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity
• Actual delivery may vary depending on client feedback and revisions
• External factors beyond our control may affect delivery schedules

Timely project completion requires your cooperation, including:

• Providing necessary materials and information promptly
• Delivering feedback within agreed timeframes
• Providing approvals in a timely manner

Note: Delays in client response may extend project timelines accordingly.

Payment terms and conditions:

• You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement
• Payment terms vary by service type (upfront, milestone, or recurring)
• All payments are due according to the agreed schedule

Consequences of late payments:

• Service suspension until payment is received
• Additional fees may apply for overdue accounts
• Services remain suspended until all outstanding amounts are paid

Refund considerations:

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and project stage
• Custom development work and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable

Regarding content you provide:

• You retain ownership of your Content
• You grant PropelusAI a license to use your Content as necessary to provide our Services
• This includes hosting, displaying, and modifying your Content for service delivery

PropelusAI retains all rights to:

• Our proprietary technologies and methodologies
• All intellectual property developed by PropelusAI
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our systems or processes

Upon full payment:

• You receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for you
• This excludes our proprietary tools and methodologies

Our data security measures include:

• Implementation of industry-standard security measures
• Regular security audits and updates
• You acknowledge the inherent risks of data transmission and storage

Backup responsibilities:

• We maintain regular backups of our systems
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data and Content

Our privacy commitments:

• We comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Our data processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy
• The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Other reasonable business reasons

Upon termination:

• Your access to our Services will cease immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period within 7 days
• Completed deliverables and payments made remain unaffected
